CRIME: PACKAGE THEFT
CRIME SCENE: RIDGE AT CHAMPIONS APARTMENT COMPLEX  
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE CASE 26-32368

On July 27, 2026, two unknown suspects entered the mailroom at the Ridge at Champions apartment complex in Davenport and were seen searching through all the packages for four minutes until eventually selecting one that was half opened so they could see the contents.

The suspects, seen in this video, appear to be a Hispanic female with blonde hair wearing a pink shirt and jeans and a black female wearing a burgundy hoodie and black sweatpants. The room requires an app to enter but apartment staff did not recognize the suspects.
